Why This Role is Different
This isn’t just a back-office credit role. As part of our Credit team, you’ll operate at the heart of the business—partnering with credit teammates, sales, supporting customers, and making real-time decisions that directly impact growth and profitability.
You’ll develop a strong foundation in:
- Credit risk analysis
- Credit decision-making
- Customer relationship management
- Business strategy in a fast-moving industry
What You’ll Do
As a Credit teammate, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and play a key role in protecting and growing the business.
Your day-to-day will include:

Evaluating new customer applications and making credit decisions

Setting and managing credit limits in collaboration with leadership

Partnering with sales teams to support smart, profitable growth

Monitoring accounts and proactively managing collections
-
Communicating with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes

Identifying risk and helping develop action plans for higher-risk accounts
-
Maintaining accurate account records and documentation
-
Supporting continuous improvement in credit processes
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for driven, curious individuals who want to build a career!
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have a college or university degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
- Are early in your business career or have experience in credit, finance, or accounting
- Are working toward (or interested in) a Certified Credit Professional (CCP) designation
- Enjoy analyzing data and solving problems
- Communicate confidently and build strong relationships
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities
