Description du poste

Définir, mettre en place et optimiser les gammes de fabrication et les procédés associés
-
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique (gammes, fiches d’instructions, nomenclatures)
-
Contribuer à l’industrialisation des nouveaux produits en lien avec le bureau d’études et la production
-
Identifier et proposer des améliorations techniques et organisationnelles pour réduire les coûts et améliorer la qualité et la productivité
-
Participer à la mise en place d’outils de suivi et d’indicateurs de performance (TRS, temps de cycle, rendement)
-
Apporter un support technique aux ateliers et accompagner la résolution de problèmes (analyse des non-conformités, plans d’actions correctives)
-
Assurer la capitalisation du retour d’expérience (REX) et contribuer aux démarches d’amélioration continue (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
Qualifications
Formation / Expérience
- Diplôme Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou équivalent), avec une spécialisation en mécanique, génie industriel ou matériaux
- Une première expérience réussie (3 ans environ) en méthodes, industrialisation ou amélioration continue, idéalement dans l’aéronautique, le spatial, la défense ou l’industrie de haute technologie
Compétences techniques
- Connaissance des procédés de fabrication (usinage, assemblage…)
- Maîtrise des outils de conception et d’analyse (CATIA, SolidWorks, SAP, ERP)
- Compétences en planification, chiffrage et suivi des temps
- Connaissance des démarches qualité et amélioration continue (Lean, AMDEC, 8D)
Qualités personnelles
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, rigueur et méthode
- Aisance relationnelle et capacité rédactionnelle
- Rigoureux, autonome et bon esprit d’équipe
- Force de proposition et orientation amélioration continue
Langues et mobilité
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais (lu, écrit, parlé).
