What you'll do

  • Prepare cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision, consistency, and care
  • Offer confident recommendations and thoughtful pairings based on guest preferences
  • Create a welcoming, engaging bar experience through attentive and personable service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs proactively
  • Support prep (garnishes, glassware, mise en place) to ensure smooth service flow
  • Process transactions accurately using POS and complete cash-outs as required
  • Collaborate closely with the dining room team to support pacing and guest experience
  • Stay current on menu offerings, wine lists, and cocktail features

What you'll bring

  • Open availability to support evening, weekend, and statutory holiday service
  • Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Confidence behind the bar with the ability to manage volume while staying present with guests
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, with an eye for detail and consistency
  • Comfort making pairing recommendations; WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or similar is an asset
  • Clear, professional communication and the ability to navigate guest requests with ease
  • A team-first mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and prep standards
  • Serving It Right certification
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the front-of-house team as needed throughout service
  • Pride in your workspace, with strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and mise en place
  • Serving It Right certification
