Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group, Manitoba's Premier Specialized Recruitment Firm has been engaged by our client, currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Job Description:
As a Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in creating and growing the revenue of the company by driving metrics and sales activities of the team.

Managing, training and mentoring a sales team to achieve sales targets

Creating forecasts, budgets and KPI’s to achieve sales goals
-
Attend various conventions and trade shows in North America to promote the brand and the company’s various products.

Strategic involvement with marketing campaigns.
Requirements:

Ability to work in-office in a rural setting (Southern Manitoba)

Lead the sales team and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives

Motivate and coach sales representatives
-
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers

Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
-
Report to executive leadership on sales performance
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to adapt to unique environments and people

A background in an agriculture related industry
-
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in sales leadership
-
Strong understanding of the sales process
-
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
-
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to motivate and coach sales representatives
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
