About the role
Wonder Berry North America Inc. is a growing food import and distribution company supplying major grocery retailers across Canada. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Concord, Ontario.
What you will do
-Process customer orders accurately and efficiently -Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries -Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment -Update customer information and order records -Assist with resolving custonmer concerns in a professional manner -Perform general administrative and customer service duties
What we are looking for
-Strong attention to detail Good computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an asset) -Excellent communication and organizational skills -Customer service experience is an asset, but not required-we are happy to train the right candidate -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Ability to communicate in English and Russian
