A day in the life…
- Greeting all service customers.
- Handling customer service requests and concerns.
- Manage and schedule appointments while updating the CRM or scheduling systems with accurate customer and vehicle information to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries about services, maintenance packages, and warranty coverage.
- Process payments or service authorizations when required.
- Performing designated administrative duties.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
This role reports directly to the Service Manager, with ongoing daily support from the leadership team.
What we look for…
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in retail or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic when engaging with customers.
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and via email, while creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple appointments and schedules accurately.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills with proficiency in common office programs, and open to learning dealership-specific software.
- Previous experience in appointment coordination and CDK knowledge is an asset, but not required.
- We require a valid provincial driver’s license.
