Key Responsibilities Strategic & Analytical

• Conduct comprehensive market and business analysis to identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives
• Create and maintain detailed business requirements documentation (BRD, URD, SRS)
• Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization solutions
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Product Managers on roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and release planning
• Influence and align cross-functional teams toward common business objectives
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and ensure successful implementation
• Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend scalable improvements
• – Conduct user acceptance testing and validate business process implementations
• Support change management initiatives and adoption of new processes

Leadership & Influence

• Build consensus among diverse groups with competing priorities and objectives
• Champion new processes and guide teams through organizational transformations
• Support junior analysts and share best practices across the organization

Report To

• PM/ Scrum Master, PO for requirement/ business issues/ bugs, metrics
• Product Manager / Line manager for day to day work and support, career path and development

Requirements Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive business analyst experience with demonstrated leadership on complex projects
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery
• Microsoft Access and/or SQL experience is strongly preferred
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience with related tools
• Business intelligence tools familiarity

Business Competencies

• Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive mindset
• Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Cross-functional collaboration and influence without direct authority
• Business intelligence tools familiarity for reporting and analysis

Nice-to-Have

• Data visualization tools – Tableau, Power BI, or similar (user level, not developer)
• Cloud platform concepts – AWS, GCP, Azure understanding (not hands-on administration)
• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred

Advanced Competencies

• Leadership experience – mentoring junior analysts or leading BA teams
• Change management experience with organizational transformations
• Strategic thinking – ability to connect tactical work to broader business objectives

• Site HCMC: 3rd floor, PJICO Tower, no. 186 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC.

• Working hours:

• 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM

• 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM

• Working days: Monday to Friday (weekends off)
