What you will do:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment & Customer Services, the Manager, Corporate and Fulfillment Services plays a key leadership role in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for both internal and external clients. This role oversees day-to-day fulfillment and customer service operations across B2B and B2C sales channels, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with audit and safety standards.
The Manager, Corporate and Fulfillment Services leads and develops a high-performing team, drives continuous improvement across workflows and systems, and partners closely with internal stakeholders to support business growth, inventory and cost control, and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on service excellence, operational efficiency, and people leadership, this role contributes directly to achieving corporate objectives, sales targets, and long-term succession planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing fulfillment and customer service team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
- Lead workflow reviews and identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics, sales activity, and operational data to inform decisions and drive results.
- Ensure timely, accurate order processing and exceptional customer service across all sales channels.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support product, fulfillment, and service requirements.
- Oversee audit compliance, inventory management, and workplace safety standards.
- Support sales targets through client engagement, upselling, and operational reporting.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Progressive leadership experience in customer service, fulfillment, shipping, logistics, or operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while driving accountability and engagement.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering service excellence.
- Experience reviewing workflows, supporting audits, and implementing process improvements or automation initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting sales activities, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with reporting and data analysis is an asset.
- First Aid certification preferred.
