Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

A client in the Pharmaceutical space is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This position involves the ability to manage an extremely fast paced, high volume and variety of demands and responsibilities as well as participating in complex special projects as assigned
The ideal candidate is an independent, dynamic thinker who can make solid judgments and manage unpredictable situations. In this role, you will be supporting an extremely busy CEO with a dynamic schedule, travel booking and personal and confidential needs
Responsabilities: Provide administrative support to the CEO, with respect to correspondence, reports, meeting arrangements and travel. Support the CEO in coordinating meetings, preparing communications and presentations. Coordinate and assist with various operational needs, including overseeing office systems, managing office and employee communications, and liaising with suppliers and vendors on projects and programs. Enable and maintain relationships with leadership. Lead on delivery of critical projects including tracking and co-ordination. Drive communication and build networks across leadership team to help design, plan and run leadership and platform integration meetings. Drive agenda development and material development. Serve as the company liaison and point of contact for external benefits administration. Managing filing systems and contact databases. Providing shared support as required. Assist in special projects.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suites.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail. Exceptionally strong organizational and time managementskills. An impeccable sense of judgement, with a strong moral compass and uncompromising ethical framework. Comfortable with unknowns and ambiguity and solving problems with a positive attitude. Positive attitude and professional demeanour. Must be able to manage and maintain confidentiality in the workplace - good decision-making skills and sound judgment. Good organizational, time management and project coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize high volume workload and meet strict deadlines for tasks/assignments. Must be proficient in MS Office.
