JOB DESCRIPTION: Innovative AI Engineer to lead the transformation Quality Engineering practices across critical business domains Will need to strategize and implement AIdriven testing solutions to enhance efficiency coverage and accuracy across our brand marketing compensation and database testing initiatives 4 days a week on site F2F interview required Key Responsibilities Design AI Testing Solutions Develop intelligent testing frameworks and utilities that leverage AIML to automate complex testing scenarios across diverse project domains Assess Current Testing Scope Evaluate existing testing practices for brand marketing compensation systems and database validation identify gaps and opportunities for AI enhancement Build or Integrate AI Frameworks Implement or customize AI frameworks for Intelligent test case generation and prioritization Anomaly detection in test results Test coverage optimization Automated test data generation Shift Testing Perspective Introduce new testing methodologies that leverage AI to move beyond traditional scripted testing toward predictive and adaptive testing models Mentorship Knowledge Transfer Guide QE teams on new AIpowered tools best practices and collaborative workflows Proof of Concepts Deliver POCs demonstrating ROI on AI initiatives within 36 months Required Qualifications 5 yearsof software engineering or QAtesting experience 3 yearsworking with AIML technologies Python TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn or similar Strong background intest automation frameworksSelenium Appium REST APIs etc Experience withdata analysisand statistical validation Familiarity withtesting domainsfunctional performance database API testing Proficiency inPython Java or similarlanguages Strong problemsolving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with LLM applications for test automation or documentation Knowledge of CICD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP Published work or contributions to AItesting communities
