Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate large robotic polishing tools and machinery as well as polish small parts

• Complete polishing tasks to Titan quality standards and expectations

• Operate overhead crane

• Monitor quality of completed work

• Communicate any issues or concerns to management

• Adhere to H&S rules

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• High School education required

• Must be mechanically inclined

• Manual Dexterity

• Work experience in a manufacturing environment an asset

• Eager to learn - show great ambition

• Attention to detail and quality

• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

• Willing to work overtime as required

• Possess a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

• Able to work well under pressure.

• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.

Work Conditions

• May be required to work in potentially hazardous environments requiring protective equipment

• May be exposed to dust, high temperatures and high level of noise

• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.

• Must be able to stay focused on the task at hand

• Overtime as required

Day Shift hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00 am to 12 noon on Friday

The starting wage for this position is dependent on experience and training. Upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period the candidate will be eligible to take part in our benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, Group RRSP and safety boot and clothing allowance.
