What you'll do
-Own your engagements— lead, review, and deliver exceptional work.Be the trusted advisor— the first call your clients make when decisions matter.Coach and elevate the team— help people grow and celebrate their wins.Shape the firm’s future— bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and drive improvement.
What you bring to the table:

Experience managing client relationships and engagements in a public accounting firm,
-
Have a CPA designation,
-
Stellar communication skills and a collaborative spirit,
-
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Canadian taxation and,
-
A growth mindset—you’re always looking to learn and help others do the same.
