About the role
Brandt is currently seeking a Labourer for our Pre-Delivery Inspection in Regina. The Labourer is responsible for detailing equipment and organizing yard inventory to ensure efficient branch operations. This role involves maintaining all aspects of dealership premises including grading, leveling, snow removal, weed spraying, cutting grass and all other maintenance as required. It is also responsible for assisting in the dismantling of equipment and components.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Detail heavy equipment after repairs to ensure a clean, professional presentation for customers.

Clean parts and components efficiently to support repair quality and reduce rework.
-
Maintain wash bay equipment to ensure proper function and minimize downtime.
-
Maintain wash bay cleanliness to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and shop to support safe and efficient operations.
-
Organize equipment in the yard and maintain dealership premises (e.g., grading, leveling, snow removal) to ensure safety and accessibility.
-
Operate forklift and handle heavy-duty parts safely to support material movement and storage.
-
Assist shop personnel with day-to-day tasks to improve overall shop productivity and workflow.
-
Support inventory maintenance to ensure accurate stock levels and part availability.
-
Demonstrate and promote safe, efficient workplace practices to reduce accidents and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
-
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and meet the physical demands of a heavy-duty equipment environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
-
Forklift operation and heavy-duty parts handling experience considered an asset.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
-
Ability to follow and understand verbal and written instructions accurately.
-
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety.
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Demonstrated commitment to safe and efficient workplace practices.
-
Previous experience detailing equipment or vehicles is an asset.
-
Valid Class 5 driver’s license required; Class 1A license considered an asset.
-
Familiarity with operating heavy equipment considered an asset.
-
Interest in pursuing an apprenticeship is a plus but not required.
