Job Description
Tru Inc is seeking Account Managers. We have two (2) permanent positions available for an immediate start. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Position Overview:
We want you to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success! This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Location:
This role is remote, providing the flexibility to work from home. However, candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and be prepared to attend in-person meetings as required. Occasional travel to client sites or conferences may also be necessary.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and objectives to identify opportunities for growth and additional services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage account budgets, contracts, and invoicing, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics and client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
What You’ll Bring (Including Experience):
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the technology, digital, or e-commerce sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
- A solid understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce solutions, and the technology landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
