We have a permanent full-time hybrid opportunity and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of:

  • Monday to Saturday between 7:00am to 10:15pm EST
  • Location: 255 Consumers Rd.

This position starts on September 2**, 20****25** successful candidates MUST be available to start.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and market products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assist with customer related payment solutions and account discrepancies
  • Document customer accounts accurately
  • Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in accounts receivables at various stages of overdue payments, call center or customer service environments is a plus

Compensation

  • Hourly rate of $17.20 plus 4% vacation pay
