In this role, you will

Support on identified client group portfolios. Support and coordinates the implementation of national communications plans in support of domestic and international operations. Support the production of national communications products and publications (e.g. brochures, guides, presentations, videos, speeches). Write and edit national communications materials as required. Support the creation and dissemination of messaging. Support the creation of engaging and compelling content, both written and visual, for various communication channels while ensuring consistency with the organization's brand voice and messaging. Provide support for on-call as required.

What we are looking for

Qualifications include a minimum of 2-4 years of experience and a 3-year college diploma or university degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to identify and resolve issues, by applying standard procedures and functional or organizational knowledge. Communication skills, diplomacy and empathy to interpret information and deliver advice, clarify client or stakeholder needs, offer solutions, and resolve escalations in new or somewhat sensitive situations. Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) to support communication, collaboration, and document management.
