Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer
Location: Mississauga, ON
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Responsibilities

Perform various Electrical Engineering related activities including electronic/electrical (low power) circuit design & analysis, test procedure development and conduct testing, investigate technical problems and establish corrective actions, manage changes, prepare test reports

Overall technical coordination within the engineering functions supporting hardware development to ensure that all customer requirements are met.

Establish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates and schedules; provide status to project engineering and management.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/activities with limited and shared resources.

Hardware team focal for interfacing with other functional groups and the customer

Lead technical design reviews with both internal & external customers

Collaborate with the team in resolving technical problems with both internal and external customers; Investigate failures, identify root causes and permanent corrective action.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience in electronic circuit design
- Experienced with electrical/electronics design, analysis, simulation, build, test and support processes
- Python programming knowledge and/or Model based design knowledge is a definite asset
