Job Description About Us
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our fast-paced team and help coordinate daily operations for commercial mobile tire service. This location is fast paced, handles a large workflow, and offers excellent opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch service calls for commercial tire road service
- Coordinate tire technicians, prioritize jobs, and manage workflow efficiently
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and technicians throughout the day
- Assist with work orders, documentation, and general shop operations
- Maintain a high level of organization in a busy, time-sensitive environment
Requirements
- Tire industry experience is a MUST
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Previous dispatching or shop coordination experience considered an asset
- Computer proficiency and comfort with scheduling/work order systems
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
