Now Hiring: Security Guard Floater (Flexible Schedule)
Locations: Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton
Schedule: Varies (minimum 2 shifts per week; additional availability encouraged)
This role is currently open and we are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team
Position Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)
- Valid Driver’s License (mandatory)
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel between sites (mandatory)
- CPR & First Aid Certification (mandatory)
- Use of Force Training (an asset)
- Clear Criminal & Background Check (mandatory)
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
- Experience in loss prevention, surveillance, or CCTV systems (an asset)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients and the public
- Conduct regular patrols and enforce site-specific security protocols
- Act swiftly, responsibly, and professionally during emergencies
- Uphold professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethics
- Communicate fluently in English and complete accurate, detailed reports
