Creator is a performance-driven influencer and affiliate marketing platform helping brands scale partnerships through data, automation, and measurable ROI.
Our platform enables brands to manage creator, affiliate, and influencer programs at scale, combining technology, services, and performance-based marketing.

We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a senior sales professional to help accelerate revenue and expand our enterprise client base.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive (Enterprise) to drive revenue growth through full-cycle SaaS sales.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on generating pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape our go-to-market approach while owning revenue targets and building strong client relationships.

This role is ideal for a proven SaaS seller who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both hunting and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market and enterprise clients

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and account-based strategies

  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals across marketing, brand, and eCommerce teams

  • Conduct discovery, product demonstrations, and solution-based presentations

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and drive deal success

  • Contribute insights into pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy

  • Represent Creator in client conversations and industry discussions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or platform sales

  • Proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals

  • Experience owning the full sales cycle end-to-end

  • Strong experience in pipeline generation (outbound prospecting)

  • Demonstrated ability in solution selling and strategic deal management

  • Experience selling to marketing, brand, eCommerce, or growth teams

  • Strong communication skills — able to clearly articulate deal strategy, value, and outcomes

  • Highly organized, data-driven, and process-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator platforms

  • Background in MarTech or marketing technology

  • Familiarity with social media ecosystems or creator economy

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments

  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience

Compensation Range

We offer a starting salary of $90,000 - $120,000 CAD
Total compensation includes salary, commission, bonus, benefits, and other perks
