DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Capital Delivery, you will play an integral role in supporting construction and renovation projects at Lakeridge Health. Using your superior administrative and organizational skills, you will coordinate the administrative aspects of the Capital Delivery team projects including the Bowmanville Hospital Redevelopment. Duties may include, data entry, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and documents and meeting minutes, filing project documents, tracking deliverables, supporting stakeholder inquires and other related duties as assigned. You will be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant will support and promote the customer focus philosophy of Lakeridge Health.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an Executive Office Administration Diploma program or significant and advanced related experience, preferably in a healthcare environment;
-
Highly developed proficiency and demonstrated competence of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
-
Superior keyboarding skills 60 WPM;
-
Outstanding attention to detail and results orientated;
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
-
Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team;
-
Proficiency transcribing and composing minutes with the ability to write clear, concise, and accurate minutes/action items;
-
Proven ability to assess inquiries/problems and to exercise good judgement in responding to and/or referring the inquiry to a more appropriate individual;
-
Proven adherence to strict confidentiality;
-
Demonstrated excellence in effectively organizing and prioritizing work assignments in a fast-pace environment and meeting short timelines;

Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner;

Ability to collate information and perform internet research;

Must have satisfactory performance record;
