Currently, our Consumer & Retail Solutions practice is seeking a Manager to join our Vancouver office. We are searching for talented individuals who can help make KPMG the top choice in Canada for designing, building, and securing customer-focused organizations.

What you will do

As a Manager, you will be part of a team who will envision the future of our clients’ business in a digital world. You will be learning from some of the best in the industry and expand your personal skillset by:

  • Growing your coaching and feedback skills through providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to your team and supporting our Open Feedback culture.

  • Supporting timely engagement management and ensuring on-time, at-budget high quality delivery of client deliverables.

  • Providing expertise and knowledge for full spectrum of client-related business activities and projects, while taking accountability for leading client engagements.

  • Growing your reputation as a trusted advisor and as a champion within your area of personal expertise.

  • Conducting interview, ideation sessions and co-creation workshops with business partners, subject matter experts and customers for all stages of an engagement.

  • Creating Service Blueprints and Customer Journeys to understand, improve and implement seamless, coherent customer experiences.

  • Working in an agile environment as part of a high-performance team.

What you bring to the role

  • You have a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business or Communications. Formal experience in Strategy or Behavioural Change is also welcome.
  • You are well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques. Design thinkers welcome!
  • You have the dedication to collaboration and experience working with teams on large-scale, long term projects ideally in a client-facing role.
  • You can build relationships and work closely with other designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, content creators, cross-functional teams, stakeholders and partners to design digital products across multiple platforms and touchpoints.

**KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information **

The expected base salary range for this position is $98,000 to $127,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
