Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields. Good understanding of Credits and Working Capital business lines. Good understanding of Asset Finance and Securitization, Special Purpose Fund/CLO, Residential Mortgage-backed Securities, Commercial Mortgage-backed Securities and Asset-backed Securities business lines. Must have at least one of Shell/Perl/Batch/Python scripting skills. Well versed with incident/problem/change management process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good documentation skills advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Good understanding of Java J2EE applications. Good to have infrastructure, MQ, Websphere, Tomcat knowledge. Good to have ITIL foundation knowledge/certification. Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows servers. Experience with application deployments and installations. Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL. Knowledge of Tools like Jira, ITSM, SN. Strong multitasking skills and ability to reprioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Responsible for production support of BNP Paribas Credits, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitizations applications. Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments. Supporting data flows between Credit, Working Capital and Asset Finance and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems. Supporting Operations team for technical issues. Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay and Backup Recovery testing. Responsible for coordinating and fulfilling project support tasks, as well as providing status reports. Provide expertise on production constraints and environment readiness. Maintain application and systems as per the Information Security guidelines. Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint. Maintain monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning of financing solutions applications components. Understand and document the technical process and data flows. Participate in the Change Control review meeting to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals. Manage the Cyberark bypass controls and assess for resolutions. Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to clearly rank tasks for focused execution and transparency. Industrialization of legacy process to be done using AI.

Assurer le support de production des applications Cr dits, Working Capital, Asset Finance et Securitization de BNP Paribas. Fournir le support de production de niveaux L1/L2, incluant la gestion des incidents, des probl mes, des changements et les d ploiements d applications. Assurer le support des flux de donn es entre les applications de Cr dit, Working Capital, Asset Finance et Securitization et les syst mes amont et aval. Fournir un support technique aux quipes Op rations. Participer aux tests annuels de reprise apr s sinistre (Disaster Recovery), Liveplay et Backup Recovery. Coordonner et ex cuter les activit s de support des projets et produire les rapports d avancement. Fournir une expertise sur les contraintes de production et la pr paration des environnements. Maintenir les applications et syst mes conform ment aux directives de s curit de l information. Veiller la mise en uvre des exigences de protection des donn es du point de vue de la s curit . Assurer la surveillance, la planification de capacit et l optimisation des performances des composants applicatifs li s aux solutions de financement. Comprendre et documenter les processus techniques ainsi que les flux de donn es. Participer aux r unions de contr le des changements afin de garantir la qualit des donn es et coordonner les approbations. G rer les contr les de contournement CyberArk et valuer les solutions appropri es. Faciliter les sessions de priorisation avec les parties prenantes afin de classer les t ches et garantir une ex cution efficace. Contribuer l industrialisation des processus h rit s en utilisant des technologies d intelligence artificielle.
