Responsibilities included are not limited to:
- Assist with morning and afternoon greeting customers dropping or picking up cars
- Check the vehicles as per Audi guidelines
- Assist with handing out loaners when applicable
- Ensure clients meet with service advisor once they arrive
- Provide excellent customer service during your greetings
- Assist with other duties required by service manager
- Valet clients when need be
- Help get cars on lot when customers arrive for pick up
- Maintain cleanliness of drive thru
- Assist with seasonal duties on lot around entry doors when needed (snow removal and putting salt down)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium automotive or customer-facing environment
- Valid G driver’s license with clean driving record (required for valet and vehicle movement duties)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

The destination is filled with Audi messaging both inside and out. The exterior features the iconic rings and floor to ceiling glass windows. Around the windows you will see an aluminum honeycomb which wraps around the building to deliver a sort of 3D effect. The honeycomb is inspired by the silver color palette Audi uses and the light weight aluminum metal is very common in the Audi fleet. The blade which is present at the main entrance is to remind us of the R8 and its side blade. The inviting exterior makes you want to come and discover more!
As you enter the dealership you will be wowed by its sporty, sleek and progressive space. A curved wall is a dominant feature, delivering the dynamic feel of a sloped speedway much like the Nürburgring in Germany. The interior space with its white walls, dark floors and curved wall makes you want to move around in the space and discover the latest Audi has to offer. Inside you will find the new car and the certified plus showroom along with a Customer Private lounge where you can build your Audi. The lounge will allow you to see virtually what you have built, open and close doors and hear the car start!
