Care Services Manager (MGR-AS00-002)- Aspen Ridge Lodge, Mount View Lodge and Sundre Seniors’ Supportive Living

About The Role:
With a passion for care towards residents, families and team members, the Care Services Manager is accountable for ensuring the provision of outstanding care and support to residents, families and volunteers within their designated scope of practice. The Care Services Manager directs and supervises staff engaged in the provision of care and acts as the primary contact for the Interdisciplinary Team including residents and families.

Service Excellence:
- Ensure a resident-focused care environment, promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life.
- Drive excellence in customer service, addressing resident and family concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Teamwork:
- Coordinate interdisciplinary services, ensuring seamless collaboration across care teams.
- Oversee team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
Leadership:
- Model Bethany’s vision and values, championing quality care and a positive work culture.
- Lead and support direct reports, ensuring the success and engagement of the care team.
- Manage expenses within the approved budget, optimizing resources while maintaining high standards.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Active practice permit in good standing with the health profession’s regulatory college.
- Minimum of three years of progressive clinical leadership or management role, with experience in Continuing Care operations.
- Business and operational leadership experience in healthcare, including budgeting, resource management, and multi-site operations, is considered an asset.
- Proven ability to lead and engage multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing employees in a unionized environment preferred.
- Strong ability to work in a physically and mentally demanding environment.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining community partnerships.
- Innovative leadership with excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer software and highly organized.
- Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and handling high-profile responsibilities.
- Ability to travel between sites as required. #INDB
