Customer Service Representative – Busy Warehouse Environment 📍 London, ON | Full-time | On-site Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same?

About The Role We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy warehouse team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who come to the warehouse at their appointment time, pay their invoice(s) and picking their orders, returning or inquiring about their orders. The job can be fast-moving, and at times, customers can be frustrated or difficult — so we’re looking for someone who can stay calm, stay kind, hold themselves with confidence and is solution-focused in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with invoices, returns, and general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints or frustrations with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, payments, and documentation accurately
- Keep your work area organized, tidy, and efficient
- Stay productive during slower periods — help out around the warehouse, keep the customer service area clean and tidy throughout the day or assist other team members as time allows
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and management staff to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and resilience when dealing with difficult or impatient customers
- A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you find ways to stay busy and helpful
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous customer service experience (retail, warehouse, or similar setting preferred)

This role starts at Level 1 hourly rate; $17.60 per hour. After three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan- we offer Single of Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included. The employer pays 50% of your premiums. We also offer enrollment with our GRSP (Group Retirement Savings Plan) for those who are interested.
