About the role
The Account Coordinator will support client and production workflows by managing samples, artwork approvals, contracts, proofs, and project updates. This role suits a self‑starter with strong attention to detail, excellent people skills, and a passion for fast‑paced, creative work.
You’ll work closely with leadership, clients, suppliers, and production partners to keep projects running smoothly, while collaborating with major Calgary and Western Canadian brands. With significant room for growth, you’ll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities and develop new skills within a supportive, growing team.
This role is fully on-site and requires a personal vehicle for local errands and deliveries.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Act as a primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, providing timely updates and support.
- Coordinate the sending, receiving, and tracking of physical samples, swatches, and pre‑production items.
- Collect and organize information needed for client contracts, digital proofs, and production files.
- Manage artwork approvals, signature collection, and contract execution.
- Keep clients informed throughout the production cycle—status updates, timelines, next steps.
- Support project tracking to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on course.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and client communication logs.
- Work closely with production partners to confirm details, monitor progress, and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with preparing presentations, client briefs, or proof packages.
- Coordinate local pickups/drop-offs when required (vehicle needed).
- Take tasks off the plates of leadership by staying ahead of workflows and anticipating needs.
- Work with marketing, product design, and production to support overall client experience.
Your strengths include:
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, customer service, or account support.
- Experience in marketing, print production, promotional products, design studios, or similar industries is an asset.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- High proficiency with email, digital file management, and basic project tracking tools.
- Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Must have a vehicle and valid license for local travel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
