Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Control & Production Scheduler to support the coordination of merchandise samples used in e-commerce content production.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that incoming items are properly received, organized, and made available to production teams in alignment with daily priorities. The successful candidate will help maintain an orderly merchandise environment and support scheduling activities that enable smooth workflow execution and timely delivery of production outputs.

This is a hands-on coordination role within a fast-paced studio environment requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming merchandise shipments and review contents for completeness and condition

• Organize and prepare samples for use in production workflows

• Identify and communicate issues that may impact production readiness or scheduling

• Support coordination of sample availability across different stages of production

• Assist with maintaining clear visibility on priorities and daily workflow progression

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of sample storage and staging areas

• Provide timely updates to internal teams on sample status and readiness

• Support resolution of operational blockers through effective communication

• Contribute to improving workflow organization and efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Good written and verbal communication abilities

• High attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

• Reliable, structured, and proactive work style

Preferred Experience

• Experience in supply chain operations, production coordination, merchandising support, retail, or studio environments

• Exposure to scheduling or workflow coordination

• Experience working in e-commerce or content production settings is an asset

Work Environment

• Primarily on-site role within an active studio and production environment

• Light movement between work areas throughout the day

• Occasional handling of small merchandise items and packages

Contract Details

• 12-month contract engagement

• Full-time hours aligned with production schedule
