We have an opening for Administrative Support at our Calgary location.

ROBINSON Showroom Administrative Support are the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in creating an easy and enjoyable experience for all stakeholders. This position supports sales operations by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate pricing, ensuring a clean and visually appealing showroom, coordinating appointments, processing payments, and assisting with inventory checks.

What you will do:

  • Serve as first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries
  • Manage call routing, shared inbox, and appointment scheduling
  • Track and follow up on missed or outstanding communications
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and system updates
  • Prepare and organize paperwork, reports, and shared drive documentation
  • Assist with inventory counts and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Maintain organization of reception area, showroom materials, and office supplies
  • Support team with administrative overflow and coverage as needed
  • Assist with report generation and general administrative tracking
  • Other duties as assigned

About You:

  • You have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • You have a positive attitude and are an enthusiastic individual
  • You are organized and have excellent time management skills
  • You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
  • Strong computer skills
  • Your experience in a luxury retail environment is considered an asset
