About The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospects, generating appointments, and qualifying leads. This role requires a passion for AI, a strong understanding of real-world business problems, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of Floatbot`s solutions. You will have the opportunity to travel to industry events and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

Outreach to prospective clients. Generate appointments with qualified leads. Qualify prospects based on their needs and potential fit. Travel to industry events to represent Floatbot and network. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach activities to engage potential clients. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Floatbot`s products/services and their value proposition. Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

1-15 years of experience in a sales or business development role. A Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Passionate about AI and its applications in various industries. Proven ability to outreach, generate appointments, and qualify prospects. Experience working in a vertical industry market is an asset. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills are also essential.
