Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Member Experience Associate, located in Toronto, ON. The Member Experience Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting members, answering inquiries, resolving member concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Additional duties include assisting with membership registrations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a clean and well-organized space to enhance the overall member experience.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to provide a welcoming and professional experience
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage schedules and maintain a tidy facility
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve member concerns effectively
- Proficiency in using basic computer systems and software applications
- Enthusiasm for wellness, fitness, and creating a positive member experience
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role is an asset
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends
