Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Abbotsford, BC. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and support community engagement to build audience relationships. The position involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop campaigns, track performance metrics, and adjust content based on insights and trends. The Social Media Coordinator will also assist with social media advertising setups, basic reporting, and staying current with platform updates and best practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills, including experience with major social platforms and audience engagement. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different brands and channels. Candidates should possess foundational Digital Marketing knowledge, including an understanding of campaign objectives, analytics, and basic paid social concepts. Relevant skills such as familiarity with social media management tools, basic graphic design or video editing, and content planning are beneficial.
