Hermès Canada has had a presence in Canada since 1987 and has over 100 employees, across four stores, located in: Toronto, Montréal, Vancouver, and Calgary, as well as our e-commerce activity, and corporate office. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparation of orders, includes wrapping with ribbon and tissue, package in corresponding packaging and sort between FedEx ground, 2 day or overnight.
- Ensure stock and storage rooms are tidy and well organized. This will allow us to be efficient and fast when picking orders.
- Organize and maintain a well-balanced stock of fragrance samples.
- Adequate supply of all packaging material. This includes both Hermès (orange boxes, ribbon) and other packaging material (tape, bubble wrap, boxes, silver packaging, invoices, gift cards).
- Ensure shipping area is fully stocked with operational supplies.
Key Requirements:
- Retail Operations background with strong attention to detail.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
- Superior communication skills, oral and written.
- Knowledge of luxury retail an asset.
- Additional relevant languages an asset.
