Sr Financial Analyst

Techtronic Industries Inc. | Milwaukee®, RYOBI®, Hoover®

Full-Time | Permanent | Toronto HQ | P2

Position Description

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager - Corporate, this dynamic individual will provide support on financial reporting, variance analysis, reconciliation, other transactional accounting duties. The Senior Financial Analyst role will be required to interact with and build strong relationships with all areas and levels of business at TTI.

What You Will Do

  • Manage month end reporting process, tax entry, management entries
  • Manage Capex process, Lease addition, termination, reporting, budgeting, forecasting
  • Drive financial analysis around different Corporation Finance functions
  • Manage financial data consolidation
  • Corporate Financial package reporting
  • Monthly forecasting and analysis of corporate SG&A
  • Preparation of monthly management entries
  • ESG Reporting: Data Analysis and reporting
  • Ad hoc projects as required
  • Collaborative approach with team first attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates a strong personal capacity for learning

What You Will Bring

  • Post-Secondary education in accounting or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Audit and Taxation (IFRS, GAAP)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll functions
  • CPA certification (or near completion)
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Oracle, and SAP would be an asset
