About the role

POSITION SUMMARY:

Our CI Supervisor will oversee one of our established Community Inclusion Programs while continuing to refine and evolve service delivery. This role calls for someone who can lead well within an existing structure, building positive relationships with participants and families, supporting meaningful person-centered planning, supervising and motivating staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring quality and accountability, while also contributing curiosity, creativity, and collaborative thinking to what comes next. This could include planning and organizing activities and life skills support for adults with developmental and physical disabilities, supporting group employment and pre-employment job training activities, community activities, senior’s activities, supported volunteering, learning and growth, evening and weekend recreation and holiday travel.

If you have experience working in or supervising Community Inclusion services, and you often find yourself thinking there is a better way to do this work, we would love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to join a program that has already evolved and to help shape where it goes next.
