- Manage the complete sales process from first contact to order entry
- Make outbound sales calls based on qualified leads
- Work collaboratively with Customer Service on requests for quotations
- Reach key decision-makers and qualify new business opportunities
- Build customer sales strategies, action plans, and develop new accounts
- Provide exceptional post-sales support
- Ensure service excellence across all sales channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite high-priority parts
- Represent the company at customer visits, seminars, and trade shows (travel required)

Qualifications Requirements
- Sales experience in the automotive industry
- College diploma or university degree
- Valid drivers license and passport; willingness to travel
- Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working directly with large OEMs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resiliency and the ability to handle rejection in a sales environment
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Dependable work ethic with a high level of initiative
- Strong math and technical aptitude
- Knowledge of machine tools, automation, and/or vehicle general assembly is preferred
