Description Job Description

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) and Misericordia Health Centre (MHC) are inviting applications for a physician to work on our Clinical Resource Team. This is a House Medical Officer-type position with a focus on primary care level eye assessments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for responding to the occasional unscheduled or urgent general medical issues in the hospital. Paid orientation and training is available, excellent specialist support and six or twelve hour shifts available.

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM) CCFP eligible or CCFP certified
  • Must be eligible for a medical staff appointment with the WRHA

Compensation WRHA sessional hourly rate

Primary Site Location: Misericord Health Centre – 99 Cornish Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3C 1A2
