About the Role
HealthOne is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Dental Administrator to join our dental department. As an integral member of HealthOne Dental, one of eight specialized departments within our organization, you will be part of a cohesive team of dental professionals dedicated to delivering personalized, patient-centered care.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism and are looking for a candidate who shares our dedication to excellence in dental care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and welcoming service to patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and receive a consistently exceptional experience.
- Manage front desk operations with meticulous attention to detail, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing, payment processing, and accurate data entry.
- Support smooth clinic operations by adhering to policies and procedures, delivering reliable administrative assistance, and contributing to the achievement of clinic goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and assist the management team in driving clinic performance and growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Dental Administrator or in another dental related role.
- Excellent client service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to take on multiple responsibilities and grow within the role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced with CRM/EMR systems, preferably Tracker software.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
- Post-secondary education in Dental Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
