About The Opportunity This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys a blend of transactional accounting, reconciliations, and administrative support. It offers exposure to a wide range of finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end processes, payroll support, and audit preparation, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their accounting knowledge and grow their career.
About The Position Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Support accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and payroll-related activities. Assist with month-end reporting, audits, and the maintenance of accurate financial records. Communicate with vendors, employees, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and discrepancies. The Requirements 1+ year of accounting experience. Hands on AP experience. Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. ERP system knowledge. Proven ability to work independently. Strong sense of accountability and reliability. Compensation Salary range $60,000 - $62,000. 3 weeks vacation. Competitive benefits after successful completion of probation period. RSP matching. Professional development opportunities.
