As a Senior TA Partner, you’ll use your skills to capture top talent while helping people achieve their career goals. \n
What You Will Be Doing: Recruit top talent across Energy Market Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future roles within the organization Must be able to work well within a team setting as well as be able to work independently Identify candidates using LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools Conduct initial screenings and coordinate early-stage candidate evaluations Support recruiters and hiring managers with outreach and scheduling Maintain accurate candidate data and records within recruiting systems Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to meet hiring needs Assist in ensuring a smooth and consistent candidate experience Drive positive candidate experiences and align with existing team’s recruiting process
Required Qualifications: 10+ years of successful recruiting experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or other relevant experience Experience in the engineering and architectural consulting industry preferred Strong interviewing, communication, organizational,and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using recruiting tools (i.e. internet job boards, networking and social media). Knowledge of Lever or other ATS systems Must possess problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative and the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines An understanding of OFCCP requirements, civil and energy engineering
\n $94,100 - $120,875 a year (Salary range for CO location) Stanley Consultants is committed to maintaining transparency in our hiring process, including providing information about compensation. The starting salary for the successful candidate in this position is competitive and will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications and experience, geographic location, internal equity, company policy and practices.
