Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition – Digital Investing 14-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | Toronto, ON Start Date: August 2026 Extension & Permanent Opportunity Potential - yes

Pay Rates: T4 - $38.92 INC - $44.18

What You'll Be Doing Drive Acquisition & Growth Marketing Develop and execute acquisition marketing strategies that increase awareness, engagement, client acquisition, and assets under management. Create end-to-end marketing roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market plans supporting InvestorLine growth objectives. Lead integrated campaigns across digital channels, leveraging customer insights, market research, and performance data. Own campaign delivery from strategy through execution, approvals, launch, optimization, and reporting. Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Monitor and report on key performance metrics including traffic, applications, account openings, assets, conversions, and ROI. Partner with creative and media agencies to produce compelling customer-facing campaigns and content. Lead Enterprise Growth Initiatives Drive InvestorLine enterprise growth programs and strategic marketing initiatives. Collaborate across Wealth Management, Product, Sales, Analytics, and Digital teams to identify new growth opportunities. Develop customer-centric value propositions and growth strategies that strengthen InvestorLine's market position. Translate business goals into scalable marketing programs that deliver measurable results. Optimize Performance & Innovation Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights. Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and customer experience. Lead testing strategies including creative, offer, audience, and channel optimization initiatives. Champion innovation and continuous improvement across acquisition marketing activities. Build Strong Partnerships Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Present campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership. Collaborate with analytics, digital, product, legal, compliance, and privacy teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. What We're Looking For Required Experience 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years focused on acquisition, demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing. Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization. Strong background in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives. Experience developing go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer growth programs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Preferred Experience Financial Services, Wealth Management, Investing, Banking, FinTech, or other regulated industry experience. Experience working with agency partners and external vendors. Exposure to digital investing products, brokerage platforms, or wealth management solutions.
