About the role
Mysa Nordic Spa & Resort is Prince Edward Island’s first Nordic Spa. Located in St. Peters, Mysa offers a wide range of spa and relaxation services including Scandinavian hot baths, essential oil steam rooms, cold water plunges, a Finnish sauna, massage therapy, meditation, and relaxation sessions. The resort also includes 17 water view accommodations, top-tier food and beverage service, and provide residents and visitors with a place to heal, rejuvenate, and refresh.
As a Front Desk Agent, You Will
- Greet arriving guests in a friendly manner, provide our spa check in process, and explain spa procedures
- Resolve guest complaints and questions, referring to management for direction when needed
- Clerical duties required, such as responding to emails, answering the phone, and booking spa and accommodation appointments
- Comply with front desk procedures and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy, courtesy, and cooperativeness
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- Promote sales advice by communicating current promotions and offering products and treatments
- Daily laundry duties and folding of towels and robes, as required
- Light cleaning and inspection of locker rooms and common areas throughout shift
- Work alongside Mysa team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

- Prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (available for weekends and evenings)
- Currently living in Prince Edward Island
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience required: 1 year (preferred)
