Managing the delivery of specific project areas or work packages, achieving KPIs across safety, quality, cost and programme. Builds strong, collaborative relationships with trade contractors, stakeholders and internal teams, working as part of the construction delivery function to ensure coordinated, efficient and compliant project execution.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Supporting performance delivery by coordinating structure/fit‑out works, ensuring safe, high‑quality and compliant progress against programme requirements.
- Managing lookahead planning, monitor planned vs actual progress and escalate deviations appropriately.
- Managing QA/QC close‑out, digital information use and effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Driving best practice, responsible business, and net‑zero initiatives across the area.
- Managing exceptional safety, quality, sustainability and compliance standards, applying strong health and safety expertise.
- Building effective client and stakeholder relationships, supporting senior leaders to translate project vision into deliverable plans.
- Overseeing specific construction areas or packages, ensuring high‑quality, safe and compliant delivery.
- Developing teams, share best practice and provide technical guidance, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing environment.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Working towards MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent development.
- Experience delivering construction projects or programmes.
- Strong construction management skills with developing commercial acumen.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and awareness of sustainability and carbon impacts.
The estimated salary for this position is $ 100,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
