This is a hybrid position based out of North York @ 243 Consumers Rd - You will work 4 days a week in office and 1 day a week remote

With a commitment to excellence in clinical quality and client experience, we are embarking on an ambitious growth journey to expand our footprint and services across Canada. To achieve this vision, we are seeking an experienced Manager, Corporate Development who will work closely with our Senior Director of Corporate Development to support and drive our aggressive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Execution & Deal Management
- Lead and support acquisition opportunities from initial evaluation through closing
- Analyze acquisition targets including financial performance, operational metrics, market positioning, and strategic fit
- Coordinate cross-functional diligence processes across operations, finance, legal, HR, IT, and external advisors
- Drive transaction timelines and proactively remove execution barriers to ensure efficient deal progression
- Participate in transaction structuring, negotiation strategy, and value creation planning
- Support preparation of Investment Committee materials, valuation analyses, due diligence summaries, and executive presentations
- Assist in the negotiation and review of LOIs, purchase agreements, and key commercial terms
- Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, advisors, and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Help deliver a seamless and professional seller experience during diligence and closing processes
Financial & Strategic Analysis
- Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, forecasts, and acquisition scenarios
- Evaluate operational synergies, growth opportunities, and strategic rationale for acquisitions
- Conduct industry, competitive, and market research to support investment decisions
- Assess key transaction risks and mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal teams and advisors
Corporate Development Initiatives
- Support broader corporate development and strategic growth initiatives across the organization
- Contribute to pipeline management, acquisition tracking, and market mapping activities
- Assist in refining internal M&A processes, reporting tools, and execution frameworks
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA or CBV designation is an asset.
- Proven track record of successful M&A transactions in the healthcare or related industry.
- Strong financial acumen with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- 4+ years experience within a Corporate Development, Investment Banking or Private Equity role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English & French) is an asset
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
