Approximately $65,000 USD or :$85,000 CAD equivalent On Target Earnings (OTE)

Approximately $115K USD or $150 000 CAD equivalent Benefits, 401K (US) or ESOP(CAD), and Year 2 bonus plans

Location, Work Eligibility & Travel

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the United States or Canada .

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in their country of residence without sponsorship or visa support .

Occasional travel may be required for:

  • industry conferences and trade shows
  • customer meetings
  • company and parent company events across North America

Travel is expected periodically throughout the year. (10-15%)

SRA Staffing is recruiting for an Account Executive on behalf of a rapidly growing data intelligence platform that provides market insights across multiple industries including construction, insurance, financial services, and technology. Our client aggregates and structures large volumes of permit, contractor, licensing, and project activity data to deliver actionable insights used by organizations across a variety of sectors.

Through modern analytics tools, bulk datasets, and API integrations, the platform enables companies to identify market opportunities, assess risk, and make smarter strategic decisions.

The platform operates as a Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) solution, allowing customers to access industry and market intelligence through a web interface, bulk datasets, or API integrations.

The business has operated for more than a decade, with the data platform becoming a focused commercial offering in recent years within a larger global software portfolio.

The company already generates meaningful inbound interest due to strong visibility within the market intelligence and data analytics ecosystem.

The sales environment combines high-velocity transactional deals with mid-market opportunities. Customers may purchase access to the platform directly or license bulk datasets and APIs depending on their use case.

What You'll Do

Prospect and engage targeted organizations through a combination of inbound opportunities and outbound outreach. Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of the platform's data insights.

Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across multiple industries, balancing inbound demand with targeted outbound prospecting. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up activities to keep opportunities progressing.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to refine messaging and share customer insights.

Consistently meet or exceed sales activity targets and revenue goals.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of B2B sales experience selling SaaS, data platforms, analytics solutions, or technology products.

Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship development.

Experience leading discovery calls and product demonstrations with business and technical stakeholders.

Strong ability to articulate complex products and translate technical capabilities into business value.

Experience selling data, analytics, or insight-driven products where the primary value is information rather than traditional software features. Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments where processes are evolving.

Comfort operating in smaller, fast-growing teams where sales professionals take ownership of the full customer journey. Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Strong communication skills, organization, and follow-through.

A competitive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
