Our client, a rapidly growing Quebec-based company, is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and enhance its digital strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in content creation, community engagement, and increasing the brand’s visibility across various platforms.

Responsibilities

-       Manage and oversee the company’s digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other relevant channels).

-       Develop and coordinate the content calendar to ensure a consistent, engaging, and cohesive online presence.

-       Create content strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and company visibility.

-       Create, write, and publish original content tailored to various platforms, including posts, photos, videos, and visual assets.

-       Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and showcase company initiatives.

-       Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages while maintaining a positive brand image.

-       Monitor digital trends and propose creative ideas to continuously enhance the company’s online presence.

-       Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.

-       Participate in various marketing projects, including events, campaigns, local partnerships, and business development initiatives.

-       Travel occasionally to different locations to create authentic content highlighting teams, customers, and products.

-       Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements

-       Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role involving social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

-       Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).

-       Experience creating content, including writing, photography, video production, and visual design.

-       Ability to develop content strategies, analyze performance results, and propose innovative ideas.

-       Self-motivated, creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

-       Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a strong asset.

-       Portfolio demonstrating achievements in content creation and social media management is an asset.

-       Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for required travel.

-       Professional bilingualism in French and English is required (approximately 50% of communications are conducted in English).

Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year, based on experience.

Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule based on business needs.
