Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth production operations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot and repair machinery using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills. Maintain electrical systems, including low voltage components, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Conduct welding and mechanical repairs using appropriate tools and techniques.
Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in hydraulics and industrial electrician work. Ability to operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and other industrial equipment safely. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and communication in a diverse and fast-paced setting. About Euroshield Rubber Roofing
EUROSHIELD Rubber Roofing Products were created 21 years ago with the goal of diverting and recycling the tremendous deluge of used tires ultimately destined for landfill. Years of research and development led to the creation of a unique formula, containing approximately 95% recycled materials, for the production of the world's finest synthetic roofing products available on the market today. From 600 to 1,000 rubber tires are used in the production of a EUROSHIELD roof for an average-sized home. Scrap material generated during the installation process can be collected and recycled again -- virtually eliminating environmentally harmful waste.
