We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our reputable client in the service industry's team for an initial two-week contract, with strong potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.

- Contract Length: 3 months to start (potential for extension)
- Hours: Full-time hours - Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Compensation: $25 - $28/hour
