We are hiring a Junior Project Manager / Leader to support enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, and AI enablement initiatives for Supply Ontario. This role is ideal for a project management professional with experience delivering complex technology rollouts, Microsoft 365 implementations, enterprise SaaS deployments, and change management initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate project execution, governance, stakeholder communications, onboarding, training, and operational readiness while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and organizational standards.

Role Summary
The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled workplace transformation initiatives. Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance groups, the consultant will coordinate project activities, communications, licensing, onboarding, training, reporting, and operational readiness while ensuring compliance with organizational governance and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery (35%)
Support end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, and AI initiatives. Maintain integrated project workplans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action logs. Track project progress, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and resource assignments. Coordinate release planning across development, testing, and production environments. Monitor project repositories, documentation, and decision logs.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (20%)
Coordinate governance activities, including: Security Assessment and Authorization (SAR) Threat Risk Assessment (TRA) Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) Identity and Access Management (IAM) Information Management (IM) Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies). Ensure governance approvals and release gates are completed before deployments. Support risk treatment planning and compliance reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management (20%)
Develop and distribute project communications, FAQs, memos, and user guidance. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions. Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and PowerPoint briefings. Support organizational change management, adoption, and communication activities. Manage stakeholder expectations and escalation processes.
Microsoft 365 & AI Rollout Support (15%)
Coordinate Microsoft 365 licensing activation, provisioning, and onboarding. Support deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, and AI solutions. Assist with environment setup, access management, and governance controls. Track adoption metrics, training completion, and user readiness. Coordinate operational readiness and service transition activities.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer (10%)
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation. Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action items. Produce weekly and monthly project status reports and executive updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.

Familiarity with Information Management (IM) practices. Knowledge of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). Experience within Ontario public sector or comparable government environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
Key Deliverables
The Successful Consultant Will Be Responsible For Delivering
Integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking. Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot rollout coordination. Weekly and monthly executive status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs. Licensing activation, onboarding, provisioning, and rollout support. Stakeholder communications, FAQs, training materials, and adoption content. Governance coordination, including SAR, TRA, PIA, IAM, and IM assessments. Operational readiness documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials. Project repositories, meeting documentation, decision logs, and rollout metrics.
Additional Terms
Initial contract of 12 months (260 Business Days) with the possibility of an additional 12-month extension based on performance. Hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 onsite days per week at Metro Hall, Toronto. Standard schedule of 7.25 hours per day, 5 days per week during regular business hours. Consultant must comply with all organizational policies, governance standards, and security requirements.
