You Are:
A technical expert in high-speed serial communication and transceiver design, you’re skilled at collaborating across disciplines, mentoring others, and driving innovation in PCIe/Ethernet connectivity. Analytical, detail-oriented, and a confident problem solver, you ensure robust architectures and support customers with technical insight.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with analog, digital, and hardware teams for verification coverage.
- Develop and maintain simulation and verification plans.
- Review progress with cross-functional verification teams.
- Monitor and report verification metrics.
- Coordinate hardware regression plans for firmware releases.
- Deliver test plans, test cases, and sign-off documentation.

What You’ll Need:
- MSc/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, 10+ years’ experience.
- Expertise in PCIe, Ethernet, and high-speed protocols.
- SystemVerilog, UVM/VMM/OVM, assertion-based verification.
- Python, TCL, Perl, C/C++ scripting/programming.
- Knowledge of analog/digital design and verification flows.
